We were overtly grateful and thanked her many times in light of the stress she was likely under, but never seemed to show it. Many places are understaffed and some Subway locations are not staffed at all. As business owners, we understand the extra strain that puts on the remaining employees. She continued to work the line after us while we dined with courteous service despite lessthanpatient customers. We informed her that we would be leaving a positive review and we left a tip.
